After four years in the GCC region, in 2011 that was the only time that I have stepped up in Dubai, UAE since my company sent me to Dubai for 6 days training in Level 4 Food Safety. Since I was free on Friday at that time, I spent time the whole day discovering Dubai. First was my shopping in Dubai Mall of Emirates with my ex-colleagues Randy and Peter and followed by a complimentary Dessert Safari courtesy of Randy Santos, our Chief Concierge at InterContinental Doha. That was really an unforgettable experience in Dubai that I would really cherish for a lifetime.
